1st timecoming and now I'm going to be coming more often. The menu is so good!!! let me tell you everything I ordered it was delicious! And worth the price! It was bigger than the picture lol ,our waiter, he did an excellent job. He was very attentive, welcoming, and super friendly. Overall the experience was great and I'll be coming back with my family and friends

We hardly go out for breakfast anymore, but since we were heading out of town for the weekend, we decided to come here! We were happy it wasn't as busy as it could have been, and we were seated fairly quickly. My first reaction to looking at the menu made me sad, though. No more Swedish!!! Seriously, it was the main reason I chose to come here. So sad that specialty is going away. IHOP doesn't have it either. I just checked, and at least Sammy's down the street on Tustin still has Lingonberry Crepes and so does the Original Pancake House as well. Still, I was seriously bummed. Luckily, all wasn't lost. We were close to lunchtime, so I saw they had a Monte Cristo sandwich, which is rare, so there was partial redemption. The workers here are hard-working and seem to never stop. It makes sense because they are always busy. Being busy, though, brings a lot of noise, and it was loud while we were there. This was partly because of a couple of larger parties that were there. I wouldn't call it a very relaxing meal, but it served its purpose. The food was good, the service was friendly and fast, and it was reasonably priced considering inflation.

Been wanting to try this place for years after passing it so many times on the freeway! The retro diner look was super cute inside, the servers were so kind and attentive. I got the Athenian skillet (basically a Greek skillet) and it was delicious. Also came with super fluffy pancakes! Biiiig portions, my family and I came out full and happy. Will happily be coming back to try more dishes!

Differently a higher end 4... 2nd time trying. Went in late on Mother's Day, so it was not too busy. As the first visit, I must say I love the customer service and the layout. Place is Clean, spacious, and comfy. Only thing, and its not something that would hinder me from ever eating here is that the first time the food was better. On this occasion, the order was pretty much the same. The usual breakfast fair, eggs, hash browns, one bacon and one sausage (my fav, in that you can get one of each); The first time was with The Hawaiian ... And on this one the Stuffed French toast Wanted to like it, but I don't know, although I do like a good french toast... Maybe the stuffed with cream cheese part of it..? Not so much But still I am looking to try their other delicious offerings... Like regular French toast, or the cinnamon

Rating: (4.25/5 stars) Flappy Jacks Breakfast and Brunch is a true gem for breakfast lovers! I ordered the flame-grilled tri-tip (yes, tri-tip for breakfast!), and it was cooked to perfection with a perfect sear. The eggs were exceptional, clearly made from real cracked eggs, adding a fresh touch to the meal. The French toast was incredibly tasty, and the small stack of pancakes didn't disappoint either--no breakfast spot can claim the title without good pancakes, and Flappy Jacks delivered. Parking was a breeze, and although the outdoor waiting area was packed, the quoted 15-minute wait time turned out to be only 5 minutes. We were seated with warm smiles and exceptional energy, making us feel welcome right away. I must say, I love it here and want to come every day! Flappy Jacks has definitely won me over with its delicious food and fantastic service.

Came here for a little brunch with a few friends early Friday afternoon. There was plenty of parking, waited for a few minutes before we were seated, a party of 4. I got to order egg whites, with hash browns, and a stack of chocolate pancakes. Everything tasted delicious! The pancakes were STACKED. I only got to finish my plate and a few bites of my pancakes, and took the rest home. The interior gives big cafe vibes which I enjoyed as well as the service.

Always a busy place especially on weekends! Servers typically have a can-do attitude and eager to please. Food presentation is on-point and is a very touristy place-- pack your patience and soak in the family vibe!

I visited this place on a Sunday for brunch. It looked very busy but I was surprised the wait time was only 25-30 minutes for a party of 5. We were seated within the time frame. The hosts as well as our server were friendly and checked on us throughout. Coffee was brought around and they filled our cups multiple times. I ordered the strawberry waffle and made it a combo with scrambled eggs and bacon. The waffle was delicious. The texture was super fluffy and perfect if you are craving something sweet! It is a busy brunch spot so I would say there was a medium noise level. The atmosphere is casual.
